STANDARD FEATURES:

  • Permanently lubricated Powerhead frame rolls out on sealed wheels with bearings.

The PT26 valve exerciser / valve operator can operate underground gate valves from 4 in. to 60 in. diameter with an adjustable torque range from 0 to 1800 ft. / lbs. The torque control device insures that only enough torque to turn the valve is present which is more gentle on valve stems than normal manual operation. The power head extends up to 30 in. for easy setup.

Gauges include pressure, torque, oil temperature, oil filter condition, and AI System controls include torque, direction, speed, and count. In addition the oil reservoir holds up to 19 gallons of hydraulic fluid with optional truck or trailer mounting available.

  • PT26:  PT26 Valve Exerciser / Valve Operator reaches 30" from mounting station.  Valve Exerciser / Valve Operator has 1800 ft-lb of torque.  Data Collection Ready.

  • PT26-G:  PT26-G Valve Exerciser / Valve Operator reaches 30" from mounting station.  The PT26-G Valve Exerciser / Valve Operator has 1800 ft-lb of torque.  PT26-G Valve Exerciser / Valve Operator is equipped with a 14HP direct drive engine power pack.  Data Collection Ready.

  • PT26-GT:  PT26-GT Valve Exerciser / Valve Operator reaches 30" from mounting station.  The PT26-GT Valve Exerciser / Valve Operator has 1800 ft-lb of torque.  PT26-GT Valve Exerciser / Valve Operator is equipped with a 20HP direct drive power pack, selector valve, Class II hydraulic tool circuit, flat face connections, oil cooler and retractable hose reel.  Data Collection Ready.

 

PT26 VALVE EXERCISER / VALVE OPERATOR KITS: TRAILER & CARRIAGE

  • PT26-G-TL:  Trailer mounted PT26-G Valve Exerciser / Valve Operator.  Equipped with 240 degree swinger, PT26 reaches 30" from mounting station.  The PT26 Valve Exerciser / Valve Operator has 1800 ft-lb of torque.  PT26-G-T Valve Exerciser / Valve Operator is provided with a 14HP gas engine, direct drive hydraulic pump, over-axle deck, clipped corner, single electric brake axle 3500# GVWR.  Data Collection Ready.

  • PT26-GT-T:  Trailer mounted PT26-GT Valve Exerciser / Valve Operator.  Equipped with 240 degree swinger, PT26 reaches 30" from mounting station.  The PT26 Valve Exerciser / Valve Operator has 1800 ft-lb of torque.  PT26-GT-T Valve Exerciser / Valve Operator is provided with a 20HP direct drive power pack, selector valve, Class II hydraulic tool circuit, flat face connections, 19 gallon oil tank, oil cooler, retractable hose reel, over-axle deck, clipped corner, single electric brake axle 3500# GVWR.  Data Collection Ready.
